Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..Typical onshore flow with the strongest winds over the central and eastern strait during the afternoon and evening hours. A frontal system will traverse area waters on Tuesday with seas around 15 feet in the coastal waters Wednesday. Additional systems may develop and move through the region late this week.
